Project management: Coordinating several projects for the office of Innovation and Technology: Some of these projects include startup Lagos, LASRIC, and the EkoOpen Source project.

Driving relevant conversations that can yield better innovation outputs for Lagos State. Some of these conversations include Microsoft ADC partnership with Lagos State, Open Government initiatives, Funding initiatives, infrastructure initiatives, and the Lagos State Innovation and Technology master plan.

Program coordination: Some of the programs include, Art of Technology Lagos (the largest technology Conference in West Africa).

Enhanced Ecosystem Engagement: Achieved a significant milestone by fostering effective communication and collaboration between the Special Adviser's office and key stakeholders within the technology and innovation community, including industry leaders, startups, academic institutions, and government agencies, resulting in a noteworthy increase of engagement to over 50%.

Expanded Advocacy Reach: Contributed to the advancement of advocacy initiatives, resulting in outreach to over 60,000 residents of Lagos by actively participating in the strategic planning committee for the Art of Technology.

Strategic Funding Involvement: Played a pivotal role as a member of the Lagos State LASRIC Secretariat Committee, overseeing the successful delivery of two cohorts that disbursed grants totaling over 100 million Naira to startups and researchers across Lagos State.

Collaboration with VERAKI: Collaborated effectively with VERAKI to refine and deliver the Lagos State Innovation and Technology Master Plan, thereby contributing to the state's long-term technological advancement.

Drove conversation with the Queens Borough, New York to create a Joint desk with the Lagos State Government.

Training: Collaborated with LSETF to deliver the Microsoft Statewide training through Tech4 dev (Over 500) and Huawei trainings for deep tech for over 20 Lagos State Civil servants.

Facilitated training programs in cooperation with the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). This included delivering Microsoft Statewide training through Tech4Dev to more than 500 participants, as well as organizing specialized Huawei training sessions for over 20 Lagos State Civil Servants in deep technology fields.

Managing large-scale projects and programs by working with top stakeholders vendors like Microsoft, Paystack, Interswitch, etc. Some of the projects include application solutions, mobile/web solutions, network, and complex security solutions.
